Yes. I have seen a B flat sousaphone (one octave above the BB flat sousaphone). It was at an elementary school bandroom. It was really cute, and had a tone somewhat different from a euphonium. Only three valves, and raw brass. I did not see a manufacturer's name or other identification on the bell. Obviously designed for children, but I think a far better introduction to low brass would be a light weight euphonium. Or, even a small E flat or BB flat tuba if the kid can handle the size.
