I use Cubase Score and Piano Scan. Piano Scan will scan piano parts, and Cubase will allow you to burst the two staffs into separate voices so you can orchestrate the tune as you need. Works great for me!

I am astounded by the magic of this process, from print to audio in a few minutes!

I regret not spending the xtra $$$ to purchase the more expensive version of Piano Scan, so I could scan in scores.... maybe I will do that down the road.

Now, if I need a score in midi, I have to sequence the parts in. That's somewhat of a chore for me as I am NOT an accomplished keyboardist.....

However, I haven't needed to do this many times as most tunes I have wanted have already been done by someone and are available on the web for downloading.
