There are some marching baritones that are larger than the usual upright Besson or Yamaha baritone, but the only actual trumpet-wrapped marching euph I've seen is Kanstul's. .590"-ish bore, 12" bell, nice right-in-the-left-palm weight distribution. They have four other types of Bb tenor marching brass, but their euph really is a nicely playing horn. There should be a link below -- on their site is a pic of the Texas Longhorns marching band's euph section, fully outfitted with euphs (and maybe a few baris).
FWIW, Kanstul has been a reputable name, especially among drum corps and studio trumpet players -- believe me, Zigmat knows what he's doing. We just don't hear about them in the indoor tuba-euph world because, apart from their convertible tubas, they don't make regular upright tubas or euphs.
