yes, I own a monette 94. They are incredible mouthpieces if you use them correctly. Correct posture is a must if you want the full benifit, meaning sitting straight with head straight, torso as if you are standing straight in other words. Breathing correctly. You do not have to move your head in order to play high. If you notice sometimes people will tilt forward or move their head so to play higher. That isn't needed. If you think about it, how many people have gone on to play professionally and used monette tuba mouthpieces. I'd a very, very select few. My professor Don little uses one along with a bunch of my tubamates at UNT. We all seem to enjoy them, but they aren't a must, unless you really have the money. -Alex Ivy
