When working out your muscles, (arms, legs, etc...) I have always been told that you work out until your muscles are tired, and then you continue to work out until you cannot lift anymore. It is not until you get tired that you are improving. I have always thought this to be true with tongunig, but is that true? Is it better to continue when tired or to stop and start up again when you recover?
