Slower air, but focused. Open aperture (opening between the lips) and teeth open with jaw dropped. Make sure that the mouthpiece isn't hindering your efforts. Scales, Clark studies, and the Bordogni down one octave should help movement down there. Then practice tounging down there. Feel around with your embouchure to feel the best comfort zone for each note. Make sure you take deep breaths as often as possible. Then the most important thing: do this every day as part of your warmup for a while. Not only will you notice the expansion and ease in your low register sound, but your high register security will also improve due to increased air control.
Good Luck,
Thanks
