Well, let me start by saying mine has never been to America!! It came from The Tuba in Germany with the German (not Russian or American valves) and it plays very well. It IS soft metal, no denying that, but for the money over here (UK) it's a good, punchy and mostly in tune horn.
Are the one's everyone's tried in the USA different in valves? My valves seem perfect, yet you lot moan all the time about them!
