That trill isn't a "great" trill on either CC or F.

I would say that a valve-assist lip trill is the only real choice (ie: a valve trill that you have to MAKE happen by embouchure control and superb syncronizing of all of your facility.)

Realistically, since so many are playing the same thing that you are playing (nope, it ain't a tuba solo) a fast trill (in a real performance) is the most practical. If you want to "music-ise" it just a little bit for an audition, that's probably OK, but if you ham it up, that would not do well for you, as far as most committees' ears would be concerned, in my opinion.
