I totally agree on the amp thing. And less is more in my opinion. I wouldnt buy anything with lots of nobs on the front of it. And usually a integrated is better than a reciever and pre and power better than integrated. The equipment i first heard my stuff on was good stuff. Lets put it this way I would pay less for my besson 967gs than what was hooked up to the speakers. What I have now is just 50 watts, but very very clean 50 watts. Also my speakers are sensitive and dont need a McIntosh to power them.
