Wouldn't it be YBB-321 is it were a BBb? In any case, I'm not sure, but I believe that there is enough room on the slides of this horn to cut it to CC, but I wouldn't suggest doing it. There are almost no CC tubas available that have top action valves, at least none that I can think of, and you would end up with an instrument that would be almost impossible to sell. Plus, most people would want a 5th valve on a CC tuba and adding one to this would be difficult and expensive.

If you really want to change you would be MUCH better off selling this and buying a used CC tuba, or keeping this and buying a used CC to see if you really want to change. I suggest used horns, because you will get more for your money and there are plenty of good used horns out there.
