This is a question to those of you who own this disc (by Art Haus Musik, I think). I ordered this from Tower Records online on 4/5 (15 days ago) and it is still backordered. For those who have purchased this DVD, where did you buy it and how long did it take until they had it in stock or till it was delivered (I am in the US, so if you bought it in Germany, you need not respond)?
