I bought a new 191 last fall and I am in love with this horn. I bought the Mirafone bag at the same time. As for a perfect fit, I would say that it is adequate, at least for my needs. I also purchased the hard case, which I have yet to use. It is big, heavy and cumbersome. The Mirafone bag has a outside zippered pocket that is large enough for a music folder. There is a zippered pocket in the lid also for mouthpiece, oil, etc. The one thing I do not like about the case is that the horn is loaded in from the top of the case. Therefore, you must drape the case over a chair or something to insert the tuba. I would have preferred a case where the horn can be layed into the case. I bought everything from Mike Russo at WW BW in South Bend, IN. I hope this helps some. Jerry
