Mouthpieces for the 182: I have tried several. Big mouthpieces didn't work well for me. The Dillon F2B was ok. My old Mirafone (Tilz) C4 was a pretty good all-around mouthpiece for the horn. The winner was a Yamaha 67b4. I have a wide collection of fancy schmancy mouthpieces, but found this $40 thing to work best for getting the soloistic sound I was looking for. I believe this is the mouthpiece that comes stock on the Yamaha YFB-621.
