Hello fellow tubenetters,
I have on loan a Musica (Steyr-Austria) tuba which is probably the smallest 4-valved BBb tuba I have ever seen. It is even smaller than a MW 18 or Czerveny Piggy. It is actually about the size of a small Yamaha 103. The bell is about 14 inches diameter and it is about 32" tall. It plays really great however. The response is quick and light and the low register just flows out. It is pretty standard looking rotary valve bore size, probably in the .780 range. (I have not measured it.)

I am not familiar with the Musica brand. What can you tell me about the horn.
