Silent Brass is made by Yamaha. You can't buy another brand because Yamaha is the only one who makes it. A practice mute, yes, but not the Silent Brass.
The auction site has some company who sells them for $159 or so.
The best bet, in my opinion, is to not use a practice mute except in exceptional circumstances. Playing the open horn will never be improved by playing with something stuck down the bell. If you want to improve your projection (the most common reason given by the practice mute crowd) practice outdoors.
