Try flushing the horn with soap and water and clean the horns 'guts' with a snake. Gunk from valve oil and slide grease can build up in the valves and cause them to stick.Yamaha vavles are built with very close tolerances. An object the thickness of a hair can cause the valves to stick. Make sure the pistons and casings are clean. You should also experiment with different types of valve oil. I have found that Holton rotor oil works very well on my yamaha euph.
