$1000 seems to be around the going rate to add a downstream fifth to a horn, if it isn't too complicated and if the tubing diameter and the convenient spot lines up with conveniently available parts. For an HB-1P, you could probably get the parts from Hirsbrunner. I think this is about what the conversion experts think the fifth valve will add to their costs.
