Yes. Dr. Michael Fisher at Boise State University did his dissertation on the RVW Concerto for bass tuba. Most dissertations are available for free online from ProQuest Digital Dissertations (if your library subscribes) or from DAI. If you can't find it I can try and help. Just email me.
