Notice that the tuning slide tubing is far longer than necessary...at least six inches total removable there...
and a CC-style mouthpipe sans the outward extending crook...
you're there! Yep, a horribly out-of-tune old crappy CC, just like those you occasionally find way back in the back of the instrument cages of universities throughout the country.
