I have crowns everywhere - finding a tooth without one is harder than finding one with one. No problems playing euph or tuba (except my innate lack of ability)

Makes me think of the one that goes like:

Patient "Dr, will I be able to play the tuba after I have this crown put in?"

Dentist "Of, course you will."

Patient "That's wonderful. I could never play it before!"

Back in the land of reality, my wife (not a brass player) had her upper front teeth knocked out by our playful Great Dane. She wound up getting an implant. She says it's wonderful - just like her natural teeth. Vastly better than a crown or a bridge (of which she has several each). Also vastly more expensive and time consuming. Just something to keep in mind as you become "more mature".
