I think that was implied in the wink, wink. But, I feel it is totally unfair for someone to spout negative hear/say comments about someone's teaching. Every teacher has a personality and there will always be students who relate and who don't. Also, most of the complaining I hear students say usually comes from their own doing, not a teacher's.
Nonetheless, if you want to know more about these teachers, then talk to their current and past students directly (not some guy who says "I hear...blah, blah, blah...") and go take a lesson with that person. Even though this guy thinks he's just voicing his opinion, in a public forum such as this, his comment is quite inappropriate.
