Every time in my career when I've gotten promoted, the level which has the privelege of a secretary has moved up another slot. I'm as far from having a secretary now as I was straight out of school.
Believe me, this is a good thing.
As to being challenged, the one thing I hate is doing the same thing every minute. Tubenet posts are where I recharge. Yesterday and today, I've edited and voiced over two three-minute instructional videos, and written speaker notes for 120 minutes of classroom sessions, in addition to a raft of administrivia, which is never-ending.
