Great photos.
The very last picture you have, with the interesting method of holding the sousaphone in the dance bad intrigues me. I vividly recall seeing this same set up in a video of Winton Marsalis's jazz band in the series "Marsalis on Music." I saw it in 6th grade, 7-8 years ago, but I still remember it and I even tried it my freshman year of high school. It's actually a pretty good way to hold it for a concert or home practice setting.
