For a serious answer:

I have had pain and numbness in my left arm, hand, and neck for some time. I have been to the doctor and specialist. My particular problem is bone spurs in the front of the neck that impact the nerve trunks from the spinal cord into the left shoulder. I have been given a series of stretching exercises that releive me of some of the pain and numbness.

I am not saying that this is what you have, but I will have pain issues unless and until I do my exercises. There are times that I have abn episode of this while in a set, and have to battle through 20 or 30 minutes of pain and numb hands.

See your doctor. My situation will not be correctable by surgery because of the proximity of the spurs to the larnyx area. Medication for disolving the spurs occasionally works. Modifying my diet to cut down on calcium is used as well.
