I share your interest in these olde monsters, even if I don't own any of them.
Without seeing photos it is impossible to say anything on the origin of your helicon. My collection of brass photos includes several helicons of varying wraps and pitches, but none of them in CC. they come from Germany, Czechoslovakia, and Poland.
One less common pitch for marching basses was the one of Db. Would that fit with your instrument? There is a Schediwy Db tuba in the gallery. There also is a Schediwy BBb helicon.

The photo hopefully popping up above here shows the Schediwy Db tuba, which has a tubelength of 440 cm.
