Mr. Cox's situation is terrible. I am sorry he has to go thru this. Aside from that, as always in academia, the students are the ones that get screwed, and their opinions matter the least. The incoming freshmen have very little or no time to accept other offers for scholarships, or to shop around for other schools. This is unfair, and a bit seedy on OU's department. I would rather go to a local community college for a year and go somewhere else next year, than to go to school at OU now. have some Balls, kids. Don't go to OU, unless you are on a football scholarship.
