As I recall, Dale Phelps has a B.A.T. bell for sale.
I also have one for sale, but I think the bottom end of mine is bigger than most B.A.T. bells and might only fit the actual model that it was intended for - or perhaps a huge old Martin (and the like) bottom bow.
The bell FOR SALE is a 100% new condition (but old-new) Mirafone model 190 bell . It has the Mirafone garland around the top.
The bell that I would like TO BUY is any old B.A.T. (6/4, etc.) bell in terrible condition. The flair should be totally ruined with numerous spider cracks, hopelessly thin, and covered with poorly-done patches. I don't care what brand. Obviously I'm hoping for a reasonable price, if available. As you might have speculated, I'm not planning on using the flair part of this bell section.
