I play on a YFB-621, and I really love it. It compliments my Mirafone 188 CC tuba real well. I have only used the Yamaha on solo literature, but may use it on some quintet stuff this year. I don't think I would want to use anything else. I feel pretty comfortable in the response in all registers and feel that the horn speaks quite well. Well that is just my two cents.
