Yes, its top action. Large for a Eb, 19" bell, about 32 inches tall. There are two tuning slides in its case, one with the extra curl, and it takes the longer one to tune to A 440. If I'm going to have to take it apart to fix up the valves, I might as well add pipe to make it a C or BBb since it is as big as one already.
