If my math is correct double pedal F and E are just above and below the bottom edge of the average humans hearing range. If you go lower than this all you are going to hear is individual beats rather than pitch. I can make noise below the doube pedal E but it is nothing I would ever brag about in a musical sense. As Joe S. has already pointed out, you are better off focusing your time on the money notes.
