Perhaps I'm missing something, but why can't transposing "to the fundamental of whatever horn your playing" be done in the bass clef? In any case, I think it's very odd that the entire book is in treble clef (or at least that how it's been described on this list). Why not use both clefs depending on the purpose of the exercise? For example, I find it useful "pretend" the piece is in treble clef when dealing with the Eb tuba. But definitely bass clef when playing CC or BBb tubas. marc
