I know you are upset and rightly so, but i have dealt with many big music company , only to have problems like yours. One year it was atuba from Custom ,that was actually on the great lakes but could not be released. No paper work. Brasswinds sent me a plain folding stand four times!, although i had repeatedly ask for a Manhasset. We have had tubas delivered to towns with the same name ,but wrong state. This happened even though the boxes were clearly labeled. I been Playing professional for thirty years and sometimes it is the middle man who screws up. I know this will not make you feel any better but if the horn is what you want give them another chance.
