Hello all:
I just wanted to let those in the Northern VA area know that I will be presenting a recital along with a bass-playing friend on Sunday. Greg (the bass player) will be playing the Koussevitsky Bass Concerto, Ravel's Pavane for a Dead Infant Princess, and a piece called B.B. Wolf. I will play the Vaughn Williams, Rachmoninoff's Vocalise, and the Pryor arrangement of Blue Bells. Our accompanist will be Mr. Clinton Adams, a world-class pianist and professor at the Peabody Institute. There won't be any admission charges, and we anticipate the whole thing taking about an hour. There will also be a small reception following. The recital will take place at the Church of the Good Shepherd, in Burke, VA. Any questions can be directed to me binlove(AT)hotmail.com. I can also be called at home (if you can catch me there) at (703)425-9382.
