If your horn is a Hirsbrunner, then you can have a completely different problem. Some Hirsbrunner valves were made with rotors of a different material then the casing. In some areas when the temperature gets hot the rotor will expand but the casing doesnt't forcing the valves to stick. If this is the case, then running some cool water down the leadpipe and through the valve cluster is likely to free the valves up.
