Well, the horn itself is about 3 years old, I had a lot of work done to it back in April, though. The rotors are brand new, as are the rotor bumpers, linkages, etc. The noise is from inside the valve itself. It's an indistinguishable "metal hitting metal" clicking sound. It's well oiled and the bearing is nicely greased. The 3rd, 4th, and 5th valve never do this, but for some reason the 1st and 2nd valves do.
As I am trying to sell the horn right now, I'm finding this very frustrating. I'd hate for something like this to prevent me, or delay me from selling this one, and getting my new F. Once again, thanks for all of your help.
