If your Cerveny has ball joints and adjusting screws in the ends of the "push rods", I may have a similar horn. I take the set screws out of the ends of the rods, and pack the end of the rod with a heavy grease such as automotive wheel bearing grease using a small screwdriver for a spatula. Then carefully re-assemble the rod on the ball and adjust the screws in 'till the play is about gone (careful not to over thighten and strip anything). Then carefully wipe the excess grease, and there your have it. Really doesn't take that long, and not very messy if you are careful. If this is not quiet enough, might try boat trailer wheel bearing grease, it has a "tackifier" in it. Again, this is just for the ball joints, not for other parts of the valves!
