I've read about the instrument you describe, but don't know if any are still being manufactured. Cerveny makes an upright euphonium in C (Their nomenclature is CC euphonium CEP534-4M), four rotary valves, .590" bore, 11.8" bell. Check out the Amati-Denak/V.F.Cerveny website.
