You know, I very purposely didn't include any of the Yamaha contrabass tubas on my list because I haven't played a one that I liked at all. Either I wasn't crazy about the sound, or the intonation was problematic, or the horn was inconsistent from range to range, etc. Now their Eb tubas are pretty great and lots of folks use their F tubas. I just couldn't find a good 4/4 CC that I felt belonged on my list.
