Apparently, Boosey haven't changed the valve specifications on their top action valve tubas since the early 60s or earlier, so you should be able to use any corresponding valve from an old or junked Boosey Eb tuba of a similar series.
The repairman at Phil Parkers in London told me once that he'd used valves from an early 60's Imperial model in a 1990's Sovereign.
Worth a try, at any rate.
