The production facilities look like they could be part of a brass instruments factory.

The products have visual similarities with musical instruments.

The only vendor listed under "Where To Buy" is interesting.

As is the "Links" page presenting "Tuba and Euphonium related sites on Internet".

Are the 5 Manufacturers listed implying that the St. Petersburg factory is in the same league?

Of the 4 "Vendor" links one is not working, another leads to a place not selling neithet tubas nor euphoniums, and a third is listed under a wrong name, as it is not foremostly known neither as a publishing house nor as a St. Petersburg vendor. Leaving which vendor back?

The rest of the links are less commercial and will not be discussed here.

Even the Webmaster is interesting. A company calling itself SpyLOG ANALYZER. Just follow the link.
