I agree wiht Devin on the Mirafone 188 and 191. As far as the Conn go, I was considering the 56J (correct me if I'm wrong, but the 56J is a version of the 52J, but Dillon Music suggested some "spruce ups" which were incorporated into the 56J) before I got my horn, and I liked the playing characteristics, but I was conserned about the playing projection within a large ensemble, but then I think Gil Long in Nashville SO has a 56 in his arsenal, but I'm not sure about that.
