One thing I have run into is the the bus driver not allowing the students on with large instrument. My daughter plays a tennor sax and bus driver had concerns about saftey for esscape in case of a fire or a crash. Yeah I know it ain't supose to happen on a school bus. But some bus dept. do think of it as a hazzard to students safety. Might check out the new school bus rules. TWO TUBAS one for home one for school or being transported every other day or something to keep up the practicing and or lessons.
The good part is that many won't take on the challenges to play tuba and you are gonna rock. A band without the bass tuba is not so good of balance so she will be in great demand at her new school. musicially ROB BASS
