There are a number of arrangers that I would reccommend that will give you a variety of styles. Try Richard Price's arrangements. His settings are interesting. Also, try Keith Schnell' arrangements. They are traditional but excellent. The "French Carol" end's with the last word from the tuba. With a Jazz flavor, try the Frackenpohl or Lennie Neihaus arrangements. They are demanding, but it seems that is what you want. The only Canadian Brass Xmas tunes I use are the ones with organ and quintet. Good luck and Happy Holidays!
