I have to say that in all of my dealings with Dillon Music I have always found Steve and Matt to be quite agreeable. Earlier this year I bought an F from them and they were very patient and understanding about the unique curcumstances of that particular sale. At one point I called the shop and spoke with Steve and he was straight forward and polite. And, as you can see from Steve's postings, he recognizes that his repair shop may be a victum of its own successes and is taking steps to grow to meet customer demand. What more do you want? Sometimes it's worth it to wait for good work to be done, albeit a year is a long time.
