nice point. Both you and rick have got it right. I bet if the director actually listened to James play his tuba, he could not come up with one reasonable argument. If it was me, I cold not be in a band that would not let me play my own horn. THis is no time to give in to the demands of fools. (but I wouldn't put it that way in an argument, then again, I might)
