The bell receiver on the King Giant I have seen is a little bigger than a Conn 20K, about 8", maybe 8-1/2", but definitely smaller than a Conn Jumbo.

Interstingly, the King standard 1250/1250 sousaphone used to be made in two models: 1250/1A and 1250/1B.

The 1250A is the standard three valve horn with the 6+" bell receiver that all of us know and love, and is the same as the 1240/1241 (now 2340/2341) upright tubas.

The 1250B was a 7+" bell receiver, almost identical (identical?) with the Conn 20K, with correspondingly larger branches, but the same .687" bore. I have never seen a 1250B, but it is listed in catalogs through the 1930's.
