upon Rick's advice at the time, I changed from the term "dampen" to "Damping" because I wax told it was closer to being correct. I'm sorry If I have still got the term wrong. I will try to do some refinements to my site.
I have done a prototype set of Piston valve monsterweights, and they are being used right now by a big-time pro, and he seems very happy with the results. He has also said he will post an evaluation of the piston Monsterweights when he has the time to sit dowm at the computer.
