I hope you don't mind my asking but what brought you to narrow your choices down to these two horns? What do you like about them? Why do you want to limit your choices to MW when there are so many other great choices? The only MW2XXX horn that I've ever played and felt a real connection to was the MW2000 but the monster valves that are on those horns in conjunction with my non-ogre sized hands keep me from taking any of them seriously. The one Meinl Weston that I will always have a soft spot for is the MW32. It is a very nice horn and one I wouldn't mind owning one of these days.
