Roger has either "just" retired, or is about to retire from the University formally known as Northeast Louisiana (now the University of Louisiana-Monroe) as tuba teacher and composition guru. If he can't be reached at the school, he is probably listed in the phone book in either Monroe or West Monroe (area code 318). If that doesn't work, contact the Director of Bands (Derle Long). They play quintet together.
