Your Martin dates from about 1930. I have not played these sousaphones but I own both Buescher and Martin Eb tubas. In my opinion, Martins are more in tune and have a better tone. Of course, the only way to really know is to play them. Make sure that they are in low (modern) pitch or have slide extensions to allow playing in low pitch. Buescher made high/low pitch with these extensions until at least 1929. 1929 price for a new Buescher 4 valve Eb sousa with silver finish and gold plated inner bell: 340.00. A lot of money for that time, however.
